Nenad Mandić

As Director of Vanguard Solutions' Middle East operations, Nenad is responsible for overall management and development of new business in the region. Nenad brings 15 years experience to the role with expertise in design, development, and implementation of HSE/Safety/Risk Management Systems, formal Safety Assessment and preparation of HSE/Safety Cases for both offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities, as well as development of risk-based cost-benefits analysis computer models for evaluation of justifiable costs for the implementation of various protective measures.

Zoran Sekulić

As our representative in Abu Dhabi, Zoran deals with the major operators of the area. An expert in many aspects of risk assessment and safety analysis, Zoran is highly sought after as our most experienced HAZOP Facilitator. He has led many other workshops, including HAZID, Risk and Opportunity, Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), SIL Analysis to IEC 61508/61511, FMECA, etc.
