Kerry Lovell
As Lead Engineer for Vanguard Solutions Kerry is responsible for risk assessment, Safety Case preparation and review and HAZOP & HAZID facilitation. A highly respected professional with over 30 years experience, Kerry is an expert in Risk Management, Safety / HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Management Systems, Government Approvals & Liaison and related aspects of oil and gas management and operations
Andy Rigg
Andy is a Principal Engineer with Vanguard Solution with a solid background in Project HSE Management, Safety Studies and Safety Case preparation. Andy provides valuable Safety and Risk Engineering support to engineering and project management teams in a number of development projects and operational fields.
Andy's ability to integrate Safety and Risk considerations into the design or operation of a facility, and to recognise areas for continuous improvement, has provided significant value to many projects.
Dan Ralph
Dan's expertise in risk and safety design and assessment is the ideal background for his role of Principal Risk and Safety Engineer with Vanguard Solutions. Dan's fourteen year career has included developments such as onshore and offshore oil and gas platforms, FPSOs and subsea facilities, and onshore mineral and LNG developments.
Dan's previous experience has included leading and participating in safety engineering teams on design projects, conducting and managing the development of Safety Cases and formal safety assessments, risk based design and decision making activities, reliability and availability studies, hazardous area classification, fault tree analysis; and facilitating HAZOPs, FMECAs, SIL Reviews and HAZID workshops.
Tony Davies
As Lead Consultant Risk Management for Vanguard Solutions, Tony operates in the areas of risk management; risk engineering; health and safety management. He is a Certified Practicing Risk Manager (CPRM) with more than 25 years broad experience in mining, minerals processing, process operations, chemical manufacture and steel making.
In recent years as well as providing risk and safety services to a variety of industries he was Manager, Risk Management Systems with a large global mining group. He has the ability to provide both risk engineering services to operations and C-Suite corporate level enterprise level risk management development and improvement. This provides a valuable insight into practical and pragmatic risk management solutions to assist organisations in achieving their objectives.
He is also a safety systems auditor and HAZOP leader / trainer.
