Iain Mackinnon Moir
As General Manager of Vanguard Solutions, Iain is the technical lead across all projects. With a broad range of experience including risk and safety assessments, loss control engineering, new facility design/FEED projects, detailed design, brownfield modifications and upgrades and existing facility engineering support, Iain brings a high level of knowledge and expertise to each of our developments.
Iain has obtained two Engineering Master Degrees, including an MSc in Safety Engineering, Reliability and Risk Management and has valuable experience in the North Sea and Nuclear industry. Iain has been a team member in offshore platform and FPSO projects as well as onshore processing plants.
Hilary Fitzgerald
As Business and Finance Director, Hilary is responsible for all aspects of the company's finances and business systems. After completing an MA in Economics at St Andrews University in Scotland, Hilary gained contract management experience with GEC HVSwitchgear in the UK before joining the international insurance group, Sedgwick. Specialising in political risks, she led a team working in international credit insurance and rose to the position of Assistant Director.
During a career break to raise her family Hilary gained her qualification with the Australian Insurance Institute winning the Implicor Prize for the 1997 AII Claims examination.
